The Highlander Band raises much needed funds by working for Legends Hospitality Management operating a concession stand throughout the school year at the Dallas Cowboys Stadium.
Almost all Cowboys Stadium event requires five TABC certified adults and nine other workers (usually students). Of course the more TABC certified workers we have, the less often each person will be called upon to work.
To become TABC certified, please visit www.learn2serve.com and take the online course (called TABC Certification). The cost is $16.95 and the process will take approximately three hours.
